Hello Games calls No Man’s Sky a ‘mistake’ on Twitter; Probably hacked

Gonna call hacks.

Before Hello Games launched No Man's Sky they were flying high and riding the hype train into what surely would be tons of money and rewards. After No Man's Sky released, Hello Games wasn't having such a good time.

After all the issues related to their game, it appears as though they either regret their decision to develop No Man's Sky or they got hacked. After months of silence, Hello Games' twitter was updated with the following:

hello games

It was sent out with this gif:

The tweet has been deleted.

Mid-page update:

The deleted tweet still appears on their site's home page.

Hello

Their game was hit by an investigation from Advertising Standards Authority for using false advertisement after fans had claimed that the game's trailers and creator mislead them. The game's launch on PS4 and PC suffered from bugs that lead to players either refunding the game or simply quit playing (the player count dropped below 1,000 players on Steam).

On top of the player troubles, even Sony's President stated that No Man's Sky had been overpromised. All the while, Hello Games has been silent on all fronts, but there's a chance that the game's creator, Sean Murray, will open up about the game on a YouTube show.
