Henry Cavill’s manager has confirmed Man of Steel 2

"Moo", cried DC as Warner Bros. milked it.

Despite less than favorable reviews from critics for Batman v Superman and Suicide Squad, it looks like Warner Bros. will be milking DC for all its worth. Harley Quinn, Aquaman, The Flash, Wonder Woman and more are getting their own movies,

While Warner Bros. hums along with a solo Batman spin-off starring Ben Affleck (and directed by Affleck as well), Superman will also be getting his own post-Batman v Superman solo film. It has been confirmed that Henry Cavill will be starring in a Man of Steel sequel.

In a statement to Newsweek (via Flickering Myth) Henry Cavill’s manager Dany Garcia, Cavill is "in development" for a standalone Superman movie.

“Henry has a big appetite. We’ve been in a five-month period of time where he’s re-strategizing, acquiring property [for his production company Promethean], he’s filming [Justice League] now, he’s in development for the Superman standalone… he’s beginning to expand that world.”

Man of Steel, produced by Christopher Nolan and directed by Zack Snyder, earned $668 million at the global box office – around $200 million short of Batman v Superman.
