Earlier today, Sony revealed the PlayStation 4 Pro, alongside the PS4 Slim. The Pro boasts nearly the same specs and features listed in leaked documents. When the console releases on November 10th, 2016 it will come with an upgraded GPU (more than doubled) 4K display, boosted clock rate, a 1TB HDD, and "forward compatibility" for original PS4 games.
Forward compatibility is essentially a patch for the game that will scale it to 4K display using the power of the PS4 Pro. Developers will have to choose to make their original PS4 game forward compatible for upscaling or not or the PS4 Pro.
These are the games that will be available on the PS4 Pro at scaled 4K resolution.
