Official word from Ubisoft on The Division has revealed that the game will release without the ability for players to trade and will feature free post-launch downloadable content. On a far less official front, the PC graphics options were leaked in a now removed video spotted by NeoGaf (via PCGamer).
According to the video, the game can be seen running on Low settings on PC equipped with a GTX 650 TI graphics card with 1GB, 8GB of memory and an i5 processor. The game was able to maintain a framerate from 55 to 65 running on those specs.
This is decent news for PC players that have yet to make upgrades.
