If you were thinking of playing Halo multiplayer on past Halo games to up your skill before Halo 5: Guardians makes its release, you'll want to know where to focus. Luckily, the modes and maps have been revealed! That's right — all of the release day playlists are right here, granted you might not be able to log on and play with ease…
You never know how online game releases are going to go, sometimes the servers handle the sudden player load and other times they don't, but if you get to log on you'll be experiencing tons of new and classic Halo modes.
Along with the classic modes, we will be seeing the release of Warzone (which is basically Big Team Battle on steroids) and SWATnums, your typical SWAT game – but with Magnums only. If you're wondering where the traditional Big Team Battle mode is, it's set to release after the game releases.
Warzone: 24-players with all REQs available and AI enemies.
Warzone Assault: Depending on what side you're on, you'll be defending or destroying the Power Core.
Team Arena: Different modes and maps.
Team Slayer: Work as a team to destroy the opposing team.
Breakout: You've got one life, then you're d-e-a-d, DEAD.
Free For All: It's you against the world. No teams.
SWAT: No radar, no shield, just skill.
SWAT with Magnums 'SWATnums' (falls under SWAT playlist)
