The PlayStation 4 prides itself on being a "gamer's machine," but that doesn't mean it'll lack the entertainment apps of the current-generation. Sony today confirmed that when the PS4 launches this month, it'll be supported with 11 digital entertainment apps including Netflix and Amazon Instant Video.
Also available this November 15th will be Crackle, Crunchyroll, EPIX, Hulu Plus, NBA Game Time, NHL GameCenter LIVE, Redbox Instant by Verizon, VUDU, and YuppTV.
All of these entertainment apps can be found in the TV & Video section of the PS4's home screen or in the PlayStation Store. I'm sure this list will grow as time goes on, but not a bad start for the PS4.
