Fallout 4 has been available for pre-order on PlayStation for nearly two weeks now. Looking to entice you into pre-ordering on the PlayStation 4, there's a bonus for a digital pre-order – a PlayStation 4 theme. The theme itself is basically a glorified wallpaper for the PS4.
The image is a familiar one (above), it's one of the first images we saw for Fallout 4. No, it's not dynamic. Yes, it's a static image, and it only appears to be available through the US PlayStation Store.

If you pre-order on the Xbox One, you will get Fallout 3 on the Xbox 360 — which will be backwards compatible in the future, so you'll have it on your Xbox One in no time.
Bethesda's upcoming Fallout title will be released on November 10th of this year, launching on PC, PS4 and Xbox One platforms.
