Yesterday, we told you the news of Forza Horizon 2 coming to both the Xbox One and Xbox 360 this year. Today, we'd like to give you a small update on the game's development, particularly when it comes to the differences beteween the Xbox One and 360 versions.
Playground Games, the folks behind the original Forza Horizon, is handling development for the Xbox One version. They're using the graphics engine from Forza Motorsport 5. Sumo Digital is taking care of development for the Xbox 360 version and will use the graphics engine from the original Forza Horizon.
We're not sure what this means in terms of a difference of quality between the versions, aside from visuals of course. If Titanfall showed us anything, it's that the Xbox 360 version is capable of holding its own when it comes to gameplay.
