Here’s how much better the new Nvidia drivers make The Witcher 3 look

CD Projekt Red's The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt releases on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC tomorrow. For those planning on playing the game on PC, Nvidia released a new GeForce driver update today, with lots of driver optimizations for The Witcher 3.

Included in the new drivers is 4K support, dynamic super resolution and more. Nvidia released a video showing a bunch of the graphical upgrades, including better clothing, hair and destruction. Even in the picture, you can see that with Nvidia HairWorks, tens of thousands tessellated hair strands are added to characters and monsters. There are individual hairs and layers that dynamic lighting combine with for ultimate shadowing and realism.

Nvidia also posted a graphics, performance and tweaking guide for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, so make sure to check that out to see all of the changes and how to optimize your game to its fullest potential. It also has interactive images that show the differences the drivers make with a slider.
