With Star Wars Battlefront releasing in just over a week and Fallout 4 releasing this week, you might need to do a little micro managing on your gaming platform. You'll need to make sure that your platform of choice can fit all of the games that recently launched and the ones that have yet to release.
When it comes to Star Wars Battlefront, you won't be needing the same amount of room on each platform. According to EA, "Star Wars Battlefront will be a 23GB download on PS4, 19GB on Xbox One and 27GB on Origin."
What can account for the difference in disc space? Well, EA really didn't go into detail, but there is one thing that we know is different between each platform – the resolution. During the beta, Battlefront ran at 900p on the PS4, 720p on the Xbox One and whatever resolution the PC in question could handle (meaning 1080p or more/less). Now, this might not be the reason for the difference in file size, but it is a difference that can be noted with each version.
Star Wars Battlefront is set to release on November 17th.
