Here’s how to get a free Mythical Pokemon, Marshadow, in Pokemon Sun and Moon

Back in August, it was revealed that Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon players would be able to get their own battle-ready Marshadow around mid-October. Well, the two-week window to grab your Marshadow has arrived!

Between October 9th and October 23rd, you can grab the Mythical Pokémon Marshadow at GameStop! Marshadow doesn't come alone, though, it comes holding its special Z-Crystal, Marshadium Z. This crystal allows it to do its signature Z-Move 'Soul-Stealing 7-Star Strike.'

Here's a breakdown of GameStop's Marshadow.

• Ability: Technician
• Held Item: Marshadium Z
• Moves:
  • Spectral Thief
  • Close Combat
  • Force Palm
  • Shadow Ball

All you have to do to grab Marshadow is go to GameStop and grab a code card.

To redeem the code just hit "Mystery Gift" on the main menu then select "Receive Gift."

Press "Get with Code/Password," then Yes, and then Yes again to connect to the Internet and then enter the code. Head into the game and get over to a Pokemon Center and speak with the Delivery Man (the tall guy with the bright orange shirt). He'll give you Marshadow, but make sure to save your game immediately because if you back out, Marshadow is lost forever.
