July's Wave 5 amiibo are entirely exclusive to different retailers, Dark Pit will only be available through Best Buy, with no pre-order option and Pelutena is exclusive to Amazon. Amiibo hunters and collectors lucked out with Amazon's shipment of Pelutena amiibos, they are going to have more stock than usual.
If Amazon has more Pelutena amiibo in stock from the get-go, that means if you show up at the right time you shouldn't have a problem grabbing her. There are, of course, limitations to your purchase, customers are limited to one Pelutena amiibo.
