Here’s what systems Mortal Kombat X will be on

The newly announced Mortal Kombat X will be released on Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3, and PC, Warner Bros. and NetherRealm Studios confirmed today.

Mortal Kombat X was announced earlier today, but a trailer released alongside called into question what platforms it would be available for. An impressive trailer "fueled by next-gen technology" showed off the game's comination of "cinematic presentation with dynamic gameplay." As you can see, the game shifts almost seamlessly from presentation to gameplay, and it looks awesome.

You can check out the trailer above, which features an original track by recording artist Wiz Khalifa titled "Can't Be Stopped." The song, written specifically for the trailer, was inspired by the intense combat sequence between Scorpion and Sub-Zero. Only one can win. And theā€¦ Who's Next?
