Ubisoft has detailed the upcoming updates for Assassin’s Creed Origins. The updates will be released throughout February 2018 and will include the Discovery Tour DLC, New Game+, the next DLC drop and more.
The Discover Tour will release on February 20th for free on Xbox One and PS4 (PC players will have to pay) and will include the following:
- 75 guided tours curated by experts – on five main themes: Egypt, Romans, Pyramids, Daily Life, and Alexandria
- Combat-free exploration of Ancient Egypt with 25 different characters, including but not limited to Cleopatra and Caesar
At some point in February, Assassin’s Creed Origins will be updated with a New Game + mode. This feature has not yet been detailed, just confirmed. More details will release later.
The second DLC pack for Origins, The Curse of the Pharaohs, will release on March 6th, which doesn’t really make it a February update… But Ubisoft decided to include it in the February overview. The DLC will be available as part of the season pass, or available for purchase separately
- Completely new storyline exploring the Egyptian mythology
- Increases level cap up to level 55
