Here’s the Launch Trailer for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

Bandai Namco has released the launch trailer for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot ahead of the game’s launch tomorrow. The narrative-focused single-player game set in the popular anime franchise looks to become one of the best ways to experience the epic story of Goku and his friends. Check it out!

The Dragon Ball IP is a true evergreen. More than three decades after the manga first was printed, there was never a period where Dragon Ball wasn’t a thing. It’s no different when it comes to gaming. Seemingly yearly we are witnessing a new game come out set in the franchise. Most often, it’s fighting titles that just lends it better to the source medium but there were plenty of attempts at narrative games too.

Experience the story of DRAGON BALL Z from epic events to light-hearted side quests, including never-before-seen story moments that answer some burning questions of DRAGON BALL lore for the first time!

Play through iconic DRAGON BALL Z battles on a scale unlike any other. Fight across vast battlefields with destructible environments and experience epic boss battles against the most iconic foes (Raditz, Frieza, Cell etc…). Increase your power level through RPG mechanics and rise to the challenge!

Don’t just fight as Z Fighters. Live like them! Fish, fly, eat, train, and battle your way through the DRAGON BALL Z sagas, making friends and building relationships with a massive cast of DRAGON BALL characters.

But it has been quite the long time since a large-scale single-player Dragon Ball came out which tried to depict the original story. Developed by CyberConnect2, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot aims to accomplish exactly that. Players will be able to relive first-hand the epic story of Dragon Ball Z. One of the more popular Dragon Ball periods.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot launches tomorrow for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
