Hidden codes in new Batman: Arkham Knight trailer reveal four returning characters

As you're probably aware by now, Warner Bros. and Rocksteady released a new trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight today. Aside from showing more gameplay, the big highlight was a brand new feature, Dual Play, which allows you to switch seamlessly between Batman and his allies. Through this reveal, we saw characters like Robin, Nightwing, and Catwoman will be featured in Arkham Knight. But a fourth was revealed later on.

As per usual, Rocksteady hid within its trailer a series of codes that when cracked reveal the bios of four characters — presumably the four that will be Batman's playable allies.

Using the same method that was used to crack the mysterious codes from the previous "Gotham Is Mine" trailer, fans discovered new bio pages for Robin, Catwoman, Nightwing — the three shown in the trailer — as well as Azrael. The bios themselves simply reveal some background information about each character, but it's the implication that all four will be playable in some way that's really exciting.

Batman: Arkham Knight is set to release on June 23, 2015.
