Hideo Kojima teases Metal Gear Collection 2014 on Twitter, but what could it be?

Famed Metal Gear developer, Hideo Kojima, took to Twitter today, and posted this peculiar image, which reads Metal Gear Collection 2014. Could it be a possible tease of an updated collection for current-gen consoles?

Fans of Metal Gear will know that Konami released the Metal Gear Solid Legacy Collection in 2013, which contained updated versions of Metal Gear Solid 2, Metal Gear Solid 3, Metal Gear Solid 4 and Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker HD, as well as the original PlayStation versions of Metal Gear Solid and VR Missions for PSN, and the two original games, Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2. This collection allowed PlayStation users to experience the entire saga of the core Metal Gear games, but left the 360 crowd in the dust, mainly because Metal Gear Solid 4 was a PlayStation exclusive.

So what could Metal Gear Collection 2014 be? Could it be the same package, but this time rebuilt for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4? Or is Metal Gear perhaps making a jump to PC?

Apparently we'll have to wait for TGS to find out, but it would be a bummer if this was just a picture signifying a new toy line for the games…
