High Moon and Marvel creating Hit Monkey game

If you read comics, then maybe you've come across Hit Monkey — he fought Deadpool, guns blazing, awhile back and starred in his own mini-series.

High Moon Studios (Transformers: Fall of Cybertron) apparently loved the idea of a talking monkey assassin as much as Marvel did because they've partnered to create a video game about the character.

The teaser site (which isn't loading for us at this time) features a single image and a 2013 release date. Activision is listed as publisher.

Hit Monkey is an odd pick, but maybe the minimal amount of backstory and cannon will allow developer High Moon to take the simian in creative directions.
