It’s that time of the year again. The dragging months of summer set up a warm bed of excellent releases that have now paved a way to fall and winter’s slew of triple-A releases, including Square-Enix’s upcoming, sneaky shooter, Hitman: Absolution. Today, the developer revealed the cast list for the game that includes over a dozen well-known industry names such as David Bateson. Enix was quick to point out that fourteen of the fifteen actors actually “mo-capped” their characters, along with performing their voices. The one exception was none other than Bateson himself (Agent 47) who only participated in the voice-over, while William Mapother handled the motion capture aspects of the game’s protagonist.
The entire cast list can be seen below:
-Agent 47: William Mapother (Motion Capture), David Bateson (Voice)
-Diana Burnwood: Marsha Thompson (Lost, White Collar)
-Benjamin Travis: Powers Boothe (The Avengers, Deadwood, Sin City)
-Birdie: Steven Bauer (Breaking Bad, Scarface)
-Blake Dexter: Keith Carradine (Cowboys & Aliens, Dexter, Deadwood)
-Sheriff Clive Skurky: Jon Gries (Napoleon Dynamite, Get Shorty)
-Layla Stockton: Traci Lords (Blade, Underworld)
-Sanchez: Isaac Singleton (Planet of the Apes, Pirates of the Caribbean)
-LaSandra Dixon: Vivica A. Fox (Kill Bill, Batman & Robin, Independence Day)
-Wade: Larry Cedar (Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Deadwood)
-Cosmo Faulkner: Jonathan Adams (Bones, 24, Boston Legal, Burn Notice)
-Jade: Shannyn Sossamon (40 Days and 40 Nights, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang)
-Victoria: Isabelle Fuhrman (The Hunger Games, Orphan)
Hitman: Absolution is set to hit store shelves on November 20.
