Hitman patch fixes bugs but accidentally removes pre-order bonus content on PS4

Square Enix is currently working on it

The season premiere for IO Interactives latest installment of an episodic version of Hitman released this past weekend and with it came a couple of issues.

Hitman was suffering from connection stability, framerate issues, and AI reactions which have all been fixed with patch 1.02, but it did bring another problem. Some users ae experiencing that their pre-ordered Requiem Pack has disappeared.

However, if you were one of the few unlucky people to get their content wiped, don’t worry Square Enix is aware of the problem and is currently working on it.  "This is not intended and we are investigating how to fix this and get the items back to those affected as soon as possible," said Io's community manager on the Square Enix forums (via IGN)

In recent news, IO Interactive is planning to release all of the episodes by the end of the Summer. However, the physical game has recently been delayed to 2017. It will include the entirety of the digital releases, seven episodes and six major locations.

Alternately, the digital version of Hitman will release at the price of $15 per episode, with subsequent locations priced at $10 each (released as an add-on item to the Intro Pack). The 'Full Experience' version of the digital release, that will include everything is set to be priced at around $65.
