Square Enix and IO Interactive are set to release the upcoming Hitman game tomorrow, but it won't be the full game. It will be the first episode of an episodic series that will eventually see a physical release of the entire game.
Unfortunately, we won't be seeing the physical version of the game will not be released later this year, as expected. Instead, the first season of Hitman will make a full disc release in January 2017, according to a representative in contact with VideoGamer.
The physical game will include the entirety of the digital releases, seven episodes and six major locations. Alternately, the digital version of Hitman will release at the price of $15 per episode, with subsequent locations priced at $10 each (released as an add-on item to the Intro Pack). The 'Full Experience' version of the digital release, that will include everything is set to be priced at around $65.
How much the physical version of the game will be has yet to be revealed.
