Hometown Story comes to 3DS on October 22

Natsume has dated Hometown Story, the life-simulation game from Harvest Moon creator Yasuhiro Wada, for release on October 22 on Nintendo 3DS.

Hometown Story — previously known as "Project Happiness" — will arrive in Japan this December and Europe early next year, which is when an iOS version is due in North America.

Players manage a shop in the Harvest Moon universe and befriend the other characters, encouraging growth of the town's population.

Natsume is a longtime publisher of the Harvest Moon and Rune Factory series.
