Hoopa Unbound has been revealed for Pokémon Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire

In mid-January of this year the Pokémon that was first discovered by hackers made its way into Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire — well, sort of. The Pokémon Company confirmed the existence of Hoopa Confined within the games, but didn't explain where you could encounter it.

After revealing the new trailer for Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, The Pokémon Company revealed Hoopa Unbound — the bigger, scarier version of Hoopa.

Here's how The Pokémon Company describes the Pokémon:

Hoopa Unbound is the true form of Hoopa, which has had its power sealed away. The rings it carries have the power to bend dimensions and are said to allow it to seize anything in the world.

Hoopa Unbound has some stats, for you min maxers out there:

• Type: Psychic/Dark
• Height: 21'04" [6.5 m]
• Weight: 1,080.3 lbs. [490.0 kg]
• Ability: Magician
