Passing in Madden NFL 15 just got a lot tougher thanks to improvements made to defensive backs' intelligence in both Zone and Man coverage. As detailed by EA Sports today in a new video, the Madden dev team has worked to redesign coverages to allow for more authentic behaviors and intelligent decision making int he secondary.
"Defenses are now smarter when it comes to going for a smart versus an interception or tackle," explains creative director Rex Dickson. "This improved logic will be broken down by individual player traits."
Dickson gives a brief overview of the changes, including a look at disguised defenses, in the latest Madden gameplay video. But for further explanation of all the changes, head over to the Madden blog.
