How to find and play Dying Light’s secret Super Mario level

Dying Light is filled with some really cool Easter eggs. Perhaps the coolest though, is the secret Super Mario level hidden within the game.

To find it, you'll need to have progressed to about half way through the game and have access to Sector Zero and Old Town. Once you're in Old Town, you'll want to go to the far southwest corner of the map. The video below shows the exact location.

It's not quite the Super Mario I grew up playing, but I love Techland's nod to the classic platformer. There doesn't seem to be any special reward for playing the mini-game; I think the enjoyment of childhood nostalgia is reward enough.
