There's a strange connection error currently in Overwatch that prevents PS4 and Xbox One players from logging in, keeping them stuck outside the game. It's called the LC-202 error, and we know how to fix it.
A few things can cause this error, including the console's internet connectivity. To eliminate potential issues, connect through a cable and not wirelessly first.
If that doesn't fix the problem, congratulations! That's not the issue. Check your connectivity by performing a basic connection test through the console's settings.
Still not fixed? Let's use Blizzard's looking glass tool.
If you are having problems reaching their servers, see if you have these ports open in your router. Checking ports on a router has a different process depending on the router, but looking up your specific model with the keywords "port forwarding" should help. This last step can mess things up if you don't know what you're doing, so try not to click around too much except for the ports in question.
This should help with these errors, at least with the majority of issues floating around lately. Did it help you?
