Humble Origin Bundle becomes most successful ever

The Humble Origin Bundle, which offers a slew of Electronic Arts' most beloved games, has become the "biggest bundle ever," according to the official Humble account on Twitter.

"The Humble Origin Bundle is our biggest bundle EVER with over $6 MILLION in sales and 1.25+ million bundles sold!" Humble Bundle said over the weekend. Since then, the number has grown to about 1.46 million bundles sold with over $7 million in sales (as of the time of this writing).

For those unfamiliar with how the Humble Bundle works, you basically pay what you want to get the games being offered. The Humble Origin Bundle packs Dead Space, Crysis 2 Maximum Edition, Mirror's Edge, Dead Space 3, Medal of Honor, and Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box — for whatever you want to pay; however, if you pay more than the average price (currently $4.82), you'll also get Battlefield 3 and The Sims 3. All of these titles would amount to $215 if purchased on their own.

There's still nine days remaining on the sale, which you can find here.
