Humble Bundle, the guys who run the Humble Store and are well known for their work with charities has worked with Square Enix to run a Final Fantasy Weekend Sale.
Seemingly every Final Fantasy title on PC is 50 percent off on the Humble Store. This includes Final Fantasy III-X/X2, Final Fantasy XIII and its two sequels, Final Fantasy Type-0, Final Fantasy IV: The After Years and two other Square Enix games that aren't Final Fantasy: Front Mission Evolved and The Last Remnant.
Over the past few years, Square Enix has been on a kick to bring all of their old Final Fantasy titles to PC, many of which with HD remasterings. This seems like a great opportunity for anyone looking to digitize their collection, or for those who want to revisit/play a Final Fantasy title for the first time.
What many Final Fantasy fans would like, however, is for Final Fantasy XV, the latest in the series, to come to PC. Final Fantasy XV game director, Hajime Tabata, has previously expressed his interest in a PC release for his game, although no such release has been confirmed as of yet. Many of us are hoping for some sort of announcement of the issue at Gamescom later this month.
