Hurricane Sandy delays Take-Two Interactive’s Q2 2013 earnings report

It looks like we're gong to have to wait a little longer before we hear how Take-Two Interactive performed during its second quarter for the fiscal year 2013. Due to "catastrophic weather conditions in the regions of its corporate headquarters", caused by Hurricane Sandy, Take-Two has decided to delay its earnings report.

The company's financial report, along with its conference call, were originally schedule for 4:30 EST today. Take-Two will reschedule the reporting when the weather improves.

One thing the storm didn't affect was Rockstar Games' decision to announced the release window for Grand Theft Auto 5. The highly-anticipated title is set to release sometime in spring 2013 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto 5 begin next week on November 5, 2012.
