Hyrule Warriors ships over a million units

Koei Tecmo, the Japanese publisher for Hyrule Warriors has shipped over a million units of the game since it launched last fall. Consider how many chickens fell in battle for this causeā€¦

Famitsu revealed this announcement from Koei Tecmo, as well as what the company was doing to show its thanks to all the fans of the Wii U's brawler.

The publisher will be offering a new set of wallpapers for players and enthusiasts alike. They aren't only for your desktop though, there are options to optimize the images to fit as a FaceBook cover image, a mobile background and a tablet background. Here's a taste of what you can get (including the main image of this article):
