If Killer Instinct crossed with Mortal Kombat it would be an Xbox exclusive

Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon is totally down to cross over the Mortal Kombat franchise with the Killer Instinct franchise. Boon has made it no secret that he's a fan the Killer Instinct, but what we didn't know is that he enjoys it to the point of entertaining the thought of a crossover between the Microsoft franchise and Mortal Kombat.

Now, this doesn't mean that Killer Instinct and Mortal Kombat will be crossing over into each other's worlds, but there is hope. Xbox head Phil Spencer saw Boon's tweet and said that he liked the idea.

If there wasn't hope before, there's certainly hope for a cross over now.
