If this theory is true, the release of Destiny’s No Time To Explain was brilliant

Was the release of No Time To Explain Destiny's nod to Back to the Future?

Yesterday, another of Destiny's mysterious exotic weapons, No Time To Explain, became available. For those who previously gathered the Ghost memories in the Daily Heroic "Paradox," a quest to obtain the exotic pulse rifle was offered from Future War Cult's Lakshmi-2. While we've seen this sort of thing in the past with previous weapons such as Sleeper Simulant and Black Spindle, Guardians have come up with a theory that could make the timing of the weapon's release pretty special.

As you're probably aware by now, today is "Back to the Future Day," celebrating the day Marty McFly and Doc arrive in the future in Back to the Future: Part II. From Telltale re-releasing their Back to the Future game to Psyonix adding the DeLorean in Rocket League, we've seen developers celebrate the special day in their own way. And it's believed that Bungie has done the same in Destiny with No Time To Explain.

As a few Guardians pointed out, yesterday was October 20th, the day before the future becomes the present (October 21st), according to Back to the Future: Part II. So was it planned or is it just coincidence that the Future War Cult gives you the quest for the gun cleverly named "No Time To Explain" before the fateful day arrives?

If planned, well played Bungie.
