Konami revealed bad news at the beginning of this week, Silent Hills has been officially cancelled. The confirmation from Konami came after heavy rumors of the games cancellation from the weekend before.
Yesterday, the Silent Hills demo – P.T. (Playable Demo) – was removed from the PlayStation Store. Hopefully you were reminded to grab it before it was too late. It's the kind of demo that will make you upset over the game's cancellation.
Good new, though. If you forgot to download it yesterday, but have downloaded it to your account at some point in the past, there is hope for you! Even if P.T. has been deleted from your account, you will be able to download the demo again. The demo first made an appearance in August of last year, so it's entirely possible you downloaded it to see what the fuss was about and forgot about it.
Check it out if you've got it! If you missed out on the demo in its entirety, don't check eBay for it or else you'll be paying crazy prices.
