Improved Apple TV makes its debut

As expected, Apple today debuted the new and improved Apple TV.

In addition to the revamped user interface, it seems Apple has mostly been focused on quality of life improvements. Apple TV now incorporates Apple's assistant, Siri, which aids you in your searches. Apple showed off a range of different vocal commands that Siri will recognize and react to and it was all pretty impressive. Perhaps the most impressive feature is that Siri's search is universal, meaning you don't have to search through every individual app to find a show or movie your looking for.

For those who prefer traditional methods, the new remote features a glass touch surface that makes moving around the interface fast and fluid.

Aside from watching television, Apple TV also offers many other useful functions including gaming, shopping, and more.
