Indie Game: The Movie headed to New York

Indie Game: The Movie continues to make its rounds across the United States. The film captures the stories of Edmund McMillen and Tommy Refenes (Super Meat Boy), Jonathon Blow (Braid), and Phil Fish (Fez), four of the bigger names in the indie scene today.

Already Indie Game: The Movie has received critical praise, and I personally cannot wait to watch it. There was a screening recently in Santa Monica, which isn't too far from where I live. Sadly, I had some business to take care of, so I couldn't make it to the showing.

You folks living in New York are a lucky bunch, though. Directors Lisanne Pajot and James Swirsky announced that the film was headed to your neck of the woods. So yeah, I envy you New Yorkers!

Be sure to check the details and snag your tickets before they run out. Oh, and I'm twice as jealous of the people in New York because Indie Game: The Movie is getting two screenings. If you're in the area, I would recommend checking out the film on its May 17 showings.
