Indie gem The Adventures of Shuggy to receive 40 free levels on PC

We're big fans of indie developer Smudged Cat Games here at GameZone. With The Adventures of Shuggy delivering such a charming puzzle platforming experience and Gateways offering up some nice 2D Portal-style gameplay, it's obvious the studio knows how to make fun games.

Apparently, Smudged Cat also knows how to reward its audience. As announced earlier today, The Adventures of Shuggy will receive 40 brand new levels on October 26. Titled Shuggy's Teleporting Troubles, the add-on content will be available for the PC version of the game absolutely free of charge. It's like an early Halloween treat!

Gameplay in Teleporting Troubles will revolve largely around the new teleporter mechanic. By teleporting around levels and tackling new challenges, Shuggy will definitely have his work cut out for him. And so will you because, well, you control Shuggy. Sorry for breaking the fourth wall.

The Adventures of Shuggy is available on Steam and Desura, and you can purchase it directly from Smudged Cat. It's only five bucks and it's a hell of a puzzler, so I'd definitely recommend checking it out. Plus, that's the only way you'll score the free levels, so yeah.
