Warner Bros Interactive announced yesterday that Injustice 2 would be coming to PC later this year, but also a Beta would kick off today. However, there appears to be a glitch in the system. WB announces a game set for release within two months and then surprise everyone by also announcing that a beta is coming the next day, what could possibly go wrong?
A lot, apparently. Straight from the horse's mouth, or in this case, Twitter, the official account for Injustice 2 wrote a simple, but straight to the point message for those anticipating today's beta. It's not happening, at least not today.
As you can see, no reason or clarification was given as to why the beta was canned for today. Though, it is important to point out that Injustice 2 for the PC is not being handled by the original developer, Neverrealm, but instead by a company called Q-LOC. Whether or not this has anything to do with the delay, like inexperience, unexpected bugs, mistakes or perhaps they just needed more time to establish their servers and systems, is unknown. All we know as of right now is that the beta is not happening today and no new date has been announced.
