Injustice 2’s latest patch brings a ton of fixes to Red Hood

Plus a number of other improvements and fixes.

Injustice 2 has proven to be one of the year's most highly rated games, and developer NetherRealm has rolled out another slew of fixes via the game's latest patch for the month of July. Apart from the usual stability improvements and bug fixes is a major focus on Red Hood, who launched as a DLC character last month.

Since it is a long list of fixes, we'll keep it short here, but if you want to see the full list of Patch Notes, you can head over here.

Here are all of Red Hood's fixes:

  • Red Hood – Hammer Fury (Hard, Hard, Medium while Electric Hammers is active) starts up 1 frame later

  • Red Hood – Fixed bug that could sometimes cause Supermove to auto-correct after the cinematic

  • Red Hood – When Low Spin Parry is active Red Hood is now considered to be ducking

  • Red Hood – Quick Shot Character Power can now be clashed

  • Red Hood – Shrapnel Blast Gear Ability can now be clashed

  • Red Hood – Shrapnel Blast damage decreased to 6% base damage (from 10%)

  • Red Hood – Shrapnel Blast MeterBurn damage has increased to 10% base damage (from 6%)

  • Red Hood – Akimbo Blaze MeterBurn Gear Ability is now recovers 23 frames faster

  • Red Hood – Gutted MeterBurn Gear Ability is now +8 on hit (from -14)

  • Red Hood – Ground Mine and Ground Mine MeterBurn can now only be parried by low projectile parries, and not all projectile parries

Apart from this list, the highlights of the patch notes include a balance fix that limits players to using certain stage-specific interactions only once per combo. Sub-Zero will be coming to the game next month on July 11th, so expect August's update to be filled with fixes for him.

Injustice 2 is available now on Xbox One and PS4.
