iPhone 5se rumored to replace iPhone 5

No iPhone 6c this year.

It has been rumored that the mega-technology company, Apple, will be revealing a new line of products (by new products, we mean newer versions of products they already sell) during a mid-March event. Sources are suggesting that among the new products announced will be the 4-inch screened iPhone 5se.

According to reports from 9to5Mac there are "different prototypes of the device floating around Apple’s campus" each with a unique set of specifications. Some of the prototypes feature A8 and M8 chips, while others feature A9 and M9 chips.

Both versions are said to feature an NFC chip for Apple Pay, new camera features, and "curved glass edges instead of sharp chamfers, " in addition to those features the iPhone 5se is said to start at 16GB of memory and go up to 64GB. Once Apple reveals the iPhone 5se, it's said that they will phase out the iPhone 5 from 2013 and will replace iPhone 5 sales with the 5se at a matching price.

The rumors also point to new Apple Watch models with new band colors and an iPad Air 3 to be in development.
