iPhone 6S looks identical to current product

Never bought the iPhone 6, waiting for the 6S? LOL

A well respected Apple website has published several pictures of the upcoming iPhone 6S and it would seem that the product looks identical to the previous model.

Many Apple fans have skipped the iPhone 6 and waited for this product to be released, that might have been a waste of time. 9to5 Mac insiders have released photographs of the iPhone 6S today and it would seem no exterior changes or any of Apple's renound "tweaks" have been applied to the product.

Rumors have suggested that the iPhone 6S would feature a dual-lens camera, however these leaked images seem to put this speculation to bed. The images include (quite clearly) shots of the upcoming iPhone with just one hole for the camera lens, exactly the same as the current model.

Some of you might be thinking: "These must be fake images," however the internal mounting details seemingly match those of 9to5 Mac's, suggesting that they are in fact quite genuine.

Anyway, it's not all doom and gloom. The iPhone 6S might not look any different on the outside, but (S) models typically don't stray away too much from the original design. There are bound to be some internal improvements, with iPhone presumably looking to build on the success of the previous model as oposed to copying it. Improving the speed and other features of Apple's flagship device is reportedly very much on the agenda at the moment, rather than fiddling with the product's aesthetics.

The iPhone 6S is set for release in Autumn 2015.
