We're now on day three of the Iron Banner Crucible event in Destiny, which means you're likely to see some repeats in the event-specific bounties — especially since there is only a pool of ten to be selected. But, if you plan on getting to Rank 3 with Iron Banner reputation, you're going to have to grind it out.

Of Iron Made
Win 3 Iron Banner matches with the Iron Banner Class, Emblem and Shader items equipped.
Iron Embrace
Defeat 20 Guardians with a close quarters melee attack while competing in the Iron Banner tournament.
Anvil of Light
Defeat 50 Guardians while competing in the Iron Banner, with the Iron Banner Class, Emblem and Shader items equipped.
Focused Aggression
Defeat 50 Guardians with Auto Rifle headshots while competing in the Iron Banner tournament.
The Chaos and the Calm
Defeat 30 Guardians with machine gun headshots while competing in the Iron Banner tournament.
Heavy Metal
Earn 15 Machine Gun Sprees while competing in the Iron Banner tournament.
Remember, bounties are just one way to earn Iron Banner reputation and with many of them seemingly hard to complete, the best way to increase your rank is to just win. You'll get at least 25 Iron Banner reputation for a single win, with the amount increasing depending on what you're wearing.
