If you're a fan of Iron Maiden and free-to-play mobile games, hold on to your collective butts. Iron Maiden is lending a hand in creating a new mobile F2P game called Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast.
The new game is said to be an action packed RPG that is "steeped in Iron Maiden mythology." Players will be taking control of the band's notorious mascot, Eddie, as they battle through space and time.
Iron Maiden is no stranger to displaying it's love for video games, as they put out a gaming inspired music video for Speed of Light, and also dabbled in the old PC CD-ROM days with their game Ed Hunter.
The new mobile game is being developed by Roadhouse Interactive, the same guys who helped make Warhammer 40,000: Carnage. Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast is expected to release on Android and iOS some time this summer.
