Is Activision teasing the new Guitar Hero?

Following last month's speculation, it seems like Activision is ready to make good on the rumors of a new Guitar Hero.

A new video strongly hinting at a new Guitar Hero surfaced today, indicating a larger reveal will take place tomorrow, April 14th. Sure, Guitar Hero isn't mentioned anywhere in the teaser, but do we really need Activision to spell it out for us? I think the guitar pick alone gives it away.

Last month, it was reported that an invitation was reportedly sent out to German media outets, inviting them "rock the shack" with Activision in "Hamburg Rock City" on April 1. If that event was, indeed, for Guitar Hero, then expect tomorrow to be filled with all sorts of rockin' news and previews about the newest installment in Activision's rhythm-based video game franchise.

It was also announced last month by Harmonix that Rock Band 4 will be coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, so get ready for some competition.
