Anthony Russo and Joseph V. Russo are the directors of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, its sequel Captain America: Civil War and the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War. The Russo brothers have a joint Twitter account with all of one tweet since June 2014.
According to Birth.Movies.Death, the brothers have started up a new Twitter account – solely for the purpose of posting mysterious and vague images. There isn't much information on the account and the account has yet to respond to any tweets.
So is it a real account or someone on the internet looking to play a prank? Who knows, but it's worth entertaining… Especially because the account is quite possibly teasing a black and red Spider-Man costume for the upcoming film!!
This image totally looks like the fabric for a superhero costume and interestingly enough, it's the first set of colors that Spider-Man had (with blue highlights) and it is the color combination Marvel has returned to for the Miles Morales Spider-Man.

This… thing… on the other hand can be anything. It might be a camera lense for Peter Parker on top of part of the Spider-Man costume or it could be some type of goggle. Then again, it could be for an entirely different hero — if this account is real.

Where does this leave us? Rumorville, No Where. One thing is official, we have a Peter Parker for the film.
