After the big hit that was Wonder Woman earning Millions of dollars at both the domestic office and worldwide, it was very obvious the studio and producers wanted to repeat the same formula.
Now, Variety has confirmed that Jenkins has closed a deal to direct the sequel of the beloved movie. The site also reported that she was already working on a script for the sequel alongside Geoff Johns and Jon Berg. A specific number on how much are we talking about this deal is unknown but sources says it could be around the $8 million.
Will Jenkins be able to repeat the success of Wonder Woman? Everybody has high hopes for her. Gal Gadot has also been confirmed to be returning.
The movie is expected to hit theaters on December 13th 2019.
