The Han Solo, uh, solo movie will obviously feature the scoundrel himself, but with Han comes his many enemies. One of these enemies is the famous Jabba the Hutt. It should come as no surprise but is still exciting to learn that Jabba will actually be appearing in the new movie.
After losing its old directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller, the fans had an air of unease for a few days. That is until Ron Howard stepped up to direct. But the news of a familiar baddie getting a proper appearance in a mix of CGI and puppetry is icing on the cake.
According to That Hashtag Show, Jabba and Han will cross paths in the new film. Regardless of the departure of the previous directors, the "story is expected to stay the same."
Jabba's make up of CGI and animatronic puppetry is a good sign for the film, considering the prequel's over reliance in CGI. Of course, this follows the example of the previous two movies Rogue One and The Force Awakens in channeling the original trilogy's spirit. Are you excited for the return of Jabba?
