Drawful players will soon be seeing different colors.
Creators of comedic party affairs, Jackbox Games, announced yesterday at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo that they are developing a sequel to Drawful (their answer to Pictionary). Drawful 2 is due for a Spring 2016 release, and among its new features is the ability to use two colors in drawings. Hooray for lines of emphasis.
More intriguing are the mysterious features they've yet to unveil, one of which will keep trolls out during online sessions. Now streams can be labeled as troll-safe zones, and these will actually mean something.
Along with this, their successful Jackbox Party Pack series will be getting its third iteration later this year. All that's known about Jackbox Party Pack 3 is that it has a planned Fall 2016 release, and although the second installment featured an XL version of the standalone Quiplash game, fans shouldn't expect a similar treatment of Drawful 2 for Part 3.
Jackbox Party Pack 2 is a rowdy time with friends (and non-friends!), making the thought of even more humor-filled shenanigans a major draw.
