Without any warning or reason whatsoever, Activision's James Bond franchise titles have been removed from the company's online download store, as well as being pulled from Steam. According to a Steam forum thread, James Bond 007: Blood Stone, Treyarch's Quantum of Solace, and 007 Legends have all been missing from the Steam store for the past two days. It's weird because the games were just discounted as part of the Steam Winter Sale, but now they're completely gone.
The games are also missing from Activision's Download store; when you visit the James Bond 007 page, there's nothing there. Activision holds the rights to develop and publish James Bond games through 2014, so it can't be a licensing issue. There should be some sort of announcement and explanation soon, so we'll update you when there's more details.
