Jeepers Creepers prepares for a third attack

In 2001 we saw the original release of Jeepers Creepers, two years later we saw Jeepers Creepers 2, and now 12 years later we are getting the third installment in the series. Myriad Pictures has announced that they will finance the Francis Ford Coppola backed film.

The third film won't be grabbing new savy  writers from more recent horror films like The Conjuring, but will be bringing back the original creative team. Writer-director Victor Salva will be returning along with Jonathan Breck as the Creeper (guess no one can replace that guy), and Brandon Smith as Sergeant Davis Tubbs.

The film series centers around an ancient… thing… known as "the Creeper." On the 23rd spring the Creeper hunts for 23 days, collecting human body parts and organs. Why? Because it's creepy, duh. You might be wondering who 'Francis Ford Coppola' is and why they were mentioned at the beginning, Coppola’s American Zoetrope produced the first two films – which is why he's relevent.
