Jessica Nigri to represent Elsword at Anime Expo 2012

Jessica Nigri will represent Elsword's ranger Rena in costume at this year's Anime Expo, taking place June 29 through July 2 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

The developer has signed other professional cosplayers as well, including Amie Lynn (from the XX Girls group), Kasea Vp, Aku, and John Zabate, who will depict the characters Aisha, Elsword, and Raven, respectively.

Kill3Combo will be located at booth 1520 on the show floor. Fans can enjoy playable game stations, featuring the latest update to Elsword and an in-game PvP event with prizes awarded from 3-5PM June 29-July 1. Members of the development staff will make guest appearances. Kill3rCombo will also host an iPad 3 raffle giveaway for anyone who registers for an Elsword account at the booth. On-site registrants will receive 500 in-game K-Ching toward their activated account.

Additionally, Nigri will co-host a cosplay contest from 12-2PM. Prospective participants can pre-register at the company's website. Winners will take home the following prizes:

1st place – $1,000 cash + 10,000 in-game K-Ching
2nd place – $500 cash + 5,000 in-game K-Ching
3rd place – $250 cash + 2,500 in-game K-Ching

Nigri is currently portraying Juliet Starling, the star of Lollipop Chainsaw, for Grasshopper Manufacture and publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The game releases for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on June 12.

Elsword is a free-to-play side-scrolling MMORPG that allows players to select from five customizable characters and explore colorful 2D environments.
